1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and viptka (hereinafter "we", "us", or "the Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the viptka website located at https://viptka.app, including all sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, promotional campaigns, and customer support services made available through the platform.

viptka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered email address or via a notice displayed upon next login. Your continued use of the platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall prevail. All communications between viptka and its players are conducted in English.

Governing Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards. viptka operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market and applies practices consistent with fair play, data protection, and player wellbeing standards recognised by internationally certified gaming providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Spribe.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on viptka, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority applicable in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is specifically prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from viptka or had your account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not currently subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as an agent or representative of any organisation that seeks to exploit or reverse-engineer the platform.

viptka reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. This may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, account closure.

Where viptka determines, at any point, that a player is or was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or during any period of account activity, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after deduction of any amounts wagered during the underage period.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual player is permitted to hold one single registered account on viptka at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. All accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended and any associated balances, including winnings, forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. viptka uses this information to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate important account notifications.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, viptka requires completion of identity verification. Required documents typically include:

• A clear photograph or scan of a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence).
• Where applicable, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad registered number matching the account number on file).

Documents must be submitted via the account verification portal accessible after login. viptka will process verification requests within 3 to 5 business days. Players are encouraged to complete verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when they wish to make their first withdrawal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. viptka employs SMS OTP (one-time password) verification for logins from unrecognised devices. You must not share your password, OTP code, or account access with any other person. Any activity carried out on your account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify viptka support immediately upon discovering unauthorised access.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on viptka are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). viptka does not charge players any currency conversion fee, and balances are displayed and managed exclusively in BDT.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — instant credit upon confirmed payment.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank — credit within 1 to 3 business hours subject to bank processing times.
• International Cards: Visa and Mastercard — processed via secure payment gateway with standard card-issuer verification.

Minimum Deposit: ৳200. Maximum Deposit: Subject to the limits set for each individual payment method and any responsible gaming deposit caps you have activated on your account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that was previously used to deposit funds into the viptka account, or to a bank account that has been successfully verified under the KYC process. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players against fraudulent withdrawal requests made by third parties.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard Processing Time: 24 to 72 hours following successful KYC completion and withdrawal request approval.
• Pending Review: Withdrawals above ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a rolling 30-day period may be subject to additional review and may take up to 5 business days to process.

viptka reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation where there is a reasonable suspicion of account compromise, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, the Player will be notified via their registered email address and provided with an opportunity to submit clarifying documentation.

No Chargebacks: By depositing funds into your viptka account, you agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer, bank, or mobile payment provider in relation to those funds. Initiating a chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and may result in debt recovery proceedings for any amounts successfully reversed that relate to genuine wagering activity.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

viptka offers a range of promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback rewards, tournament leaderboard prizes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10%, slots contribute 100%, and sports bets contribute at a rate specified per promotion. Fixed-odds wagers placed with bonus funds must meet minimum odds thresholds stated per offer.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while one is already active will result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Maximum Bonus Win: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated by a bonus is ৳20,000 or 10x the bonus value, whichever is lower.
• Abuse: viptka actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns including low-risk hedging, arbitrage wagering, collusive play, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer. Where abuse is detected, viptka reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings and close the account without notice.

viptka reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Any such change will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and accepted under the original terms prior to the change.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using viptka, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any other account process.
• Opening more than one account on the platform, whether under your own identity or through the use of another person's identity.
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any technical exploit to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption relating to sporting events listed in the viptka sportsbook.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication with viptka support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or circumvent any security feature of the viptka platform.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members, for the purpose of wagering.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to obscure your geographical location or circumvent platform access controls.

viptka employs fraud detection systems that operate continuously in the background. Any anomalous account behaviour — including unusual wagering patterns, sudden large withdrawals following a deposit with minimal play, or IP address inconsistencies — may trigger an automated review. Players subject to review will be notified and given an opportunity to respond before any irreversible account action is taken, except where immediate suspension is required to protect the integrity of the platform or the security of other players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the viptka platform — including but not limited to the viptka brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, written content, promotional materials, and the selection and arrangement of games — is the exclusive intellectual property of viptka or is used under licence from third-party providers.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without written permission.
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use viptka branding, logos, or name in any external communication, social media profile, or third-party website without express written consent.
• Frame or embed any portion of the viptka platform within another website or application.

Game content supplied by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Playtech, and other certified providers remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is governed by the provider's own licensing agreements with viptka. Players may not record, stream publicly, or commercialise gameplay sessions without written permission from both viptka and the relevant game provider.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player: You may request permanent closure of your viptka account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., because you feel your gambling is becoming a problem), please state this clearly so that the appropriate self-exclusion procedures can be applied and relevant support resources provided. Responsible gaming-motivated closures are processed as a priority.

Where an account is closed voluntarily and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations exist, any verified BDT balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed.

Suspension or Closure by viptka: viptka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of account sharing, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request that covers the viptka platform.
• A court order or regulatory instruction requiring account action.

Where an account is closed by viptka due to a Terms breach, any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be returned at viptka's discretion following a review period of up to 30 days. Players who believe a suspension or closure decision was made in error may submit a formal dispute to [email protected] with supporting documentation.
